Merino Superior Sires 13 Released

The latest Merino Superior Sires has been released onto the Merino Superior Sires website and can be downloaded now. Merino Superior Sires 13 includes information on sires joined at 14 Central Test Sire Evaluation sites across Australia between 2002 and 2006. Being one of the largest industry managed sire evaluation programs operating, Merino Superior Sires offers Merino ram breeders and commercial woolgrowers the ability to directly compare hundreds of Australia�s top sires evaluated at independent evaluation sites.

In the future, Merino Superior Sires will be published in October of each year. This change in availability is designed to provide sire evaluation results in a more timely manner and provide users with better opportunity to use the information when making breeding decisions. Merino Superior Sires 14 will be released in October 2008.

The Merino Superior Sires website has also moved and is located at www.merinosuperiorsires.com.au. Merino Superior Sires 13 and individual site reports can be downloaded from the website, as well as detailed results for all sires entered in sire evaluation can be accessed.
